Serious but Rare Events

Cardiovascular: Erectile dysfunction is often associated with cardiovascular disease. Myocardial infarction, sudden cardiac death, ventricular arrhythmia, cerebrovascular hemorrhage, transient ischemic attack,
hypertension, subarachnoid and intracerebral hemorrhages, and pulmonary hemorrhage have all been reported following treatment with sildenafil citrate.

Urogenital: Priapism and hematuria have been reported following treatment with sildenafil citrate.

Special Senses: tinnitus, hearing loss, diplopia, temporary and permanent vision loss have been reported following treatment with sildenafil citrate.
