DEFINITION:
Usually means a combination of both stress and urge UI.
PATHOPHYSIOLOGY:
Some features of both urge and stress incontinence. Common in women, especially older women.
SIGNS & SYMPTOMS:
Common of both stress and urge; one may be more troublesome than the other.
CHARACTERISTIC FINDINGS:
Normal PVR, no complications.
MANAGEMENT OPTIONS:
Combinations of Urge and Stress treatments.
