Target Audience

This program is appropriate for nurses who work with adolescents with Down syndrome in a variety of settings: inpatient and outpatient health care facilities, physicians’ offices and clinics, public and private agencies serving individuals with disabilities, home health, and case management.
Nurses and other health professionals may earn 3 contact hours for completing this course.
- To earn 3 contact hours, participants must agree to spend no less than 180 minutes studying course material, exploring Internet links, and completing the exam and evaluation.
